About Our Crematory
To fill the incredible need for the service of assisting local families with the final care of their pets, Chris and Jackie Girdner created Purrfect Paws Pet Crematory in April of 2016. Now all of your pet's end-of-life needs can be fulfilled right here in Siskiyou County by our local staff. Although Purrfect Paws was purchased by Janus Advisor in 2021, it has now been purchased by
Dr. Scott Essex and Jme and dear friends, Jodi and Mike Aceves. These two couples have recruited Jackie Girdner to come back as a remote administrative assistant and share her unique passion for the pet families of Siskiyou County.
